A barista at a golf course coffee shop shared a delightfully petty way to get back at their manager. They work early shifts seven days in a row despite being a uni student, and the summer heat and a sore ankle aren't helping. Instead of doing anything drastic, they just eat all the pink marshmallows from the supply. The manager always gets a hot chocolate with two pink marshmallows, so when they're gone, he has to settle for white ones or go without. Sometimes he opens a new pack, sometimes the order doesn't come in—either way, it's a small, satisfying win. Have you ever pulled a petty stunt like this at work?

That pink marshmallow thing is gold. Something like that happened at my old job—my supervisor still had this ancient ID badge with his full head of hair. I swiped it off his desk one day. He had to retake his photo, and by then he was bald and not so thin. Petty but so worth it.

I love the marshmallow revenge. It's so small but I bet it feels huge. I remember a coworker once hid all the good pens from a boss who'd take them home. We'd find them in his bag and just put them back in the drawer. Little things.

Ok so that marshmallow thing is genius. I gotta say though, the phrase 'hot as balls' in the story made me laugh. I don't have balls either but I've totally used that phrase for years. I think I stole it from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actually. Anyway, I love that the manager loves his two little pink marshmallows. It's almost cute. But I'm still on team eat them all. Dine on in solidarity against the man. And can we talk about the word 'anywhizzle'? That word alone just calmed my whole brain down. I'm adopting it immediately.
