Someone woke up to an Amazon package outside their door, expecting Halloween makeup but found protein powder and peanut butter instead. They realized the package was meant for another resident in the complex and felt a bit silly for tearing it open. So they wrote a friendly note on a bright blue sticky, apologizing and explaining they didn't touch anything, then left it at the correct door.

A few hours later, they returned home to find another Amazon package outside their door—with the exact same bright blue note on it. Turns out the other person had done the same thing with their own mix-up! It's a funny little coincidence that made both of them laugh.

    That's so sweet. Something similar happened to me once, the delivery guy left my package at a neighbor's place and they opened it thinking it was theirs. We both just laughed about it when we swapped. I love that you both used the same sticky note, it's like a tiny friendship moment.

    Oh mate, that's brilliant. I've had a mix-up before, not with Amazon but with a takeaway order. I ordered a curry and got someone else's pizza, and when I called the place they said the other person had my curry and we just swapped at the door. It was a proper laugh. But the note thing, that's class. I'd have written something like "wrong door, but enjoy the gains" on it. The fact the other person did the same with their mix-up, that's just hilarious. It's like you two are on the same wavelength now, a little note-based pen pal thing going on. I bet you'll be nodding at each other in the stairwell from now on.
