Front desk staff at a hotel deal with all kinds of wedding transport, and they're used to friendly shuttle drivers who smile and chat. But one driver has been a repeat problem—he storms in, complains about the parking, and is rude to the team. The last straw came on a rainy day when a guest had parked a leaky housebus in the designated large-vehicle spot. The driver refused to pull up, parked on the street across the landscaping, and demanded guests trudge through the rain to reach him. When they hesitated, he accused the front desk of lying. The sales manager overheard everything on a call and wasn't impressed. Let's just say, he might not be driving for them anymore. Has anyone else dealt with a difficult vendor or driver who made a simple task way harder than it needed to be?

Oh this takes me back to when we had a wedding at the old place I worked at. The caterer showed up late, then complained the kitchen was too small and the ovens weren't 'professional grade'. Meanwhile we'd prepped everything we could and just needed them to plate it. The bride's mum ended up helping stack trays just to get things moving. The caterer still had the nerve to ask for a tip at the end. Like, mate, you're lucky we didn't charge you for the stress. Honestly, some people just make everything harder than it needs to be.
